Au cours de la dernière année, les tribunaux québécois ont rendu plusieurs décisions importantes que les employeurs canadiens devraient connaître.

Les membres du groupe Droit du travail du bureau de Montréal vous présentent 13 décisions qui ont été rendues par la Cour suprême du Canada, la Cour d’appel et la Cour supérieure du Québec, ainsi que par le Tribunal administratif du travail du Québec et les arbitres de grief en 2023, et attirent votre attention sur certains dossiers à surveiller en 2024.

Nicolas Séguin is an associate working in the Employment and Labor group of Dentons' Montréal office. His practice focuses on several key areas, including labour standards, human rights and freedoms, collective labour relations, occupational health and safety, and workplace harassment.
